Michele Kiely Richards is a Residential and Investment Professional at Christie's International Real Estate  Fair Haven, NJ.  With her long-time passion for real estate, one of the keys to her success in today’s market is delivering best-in-class service to each seller, buyer and investor she works with.  Having been a resident of both Monmouth and Ocean Counties as well as undertaking numerous property projects abroad, she is well informed in the variables that define the local real estate marketplace.

As a REALTOR® Associate at Christie's International Real Estate, Michele is afforded the local, national and global reach of the  brand.  She prides herself not only being well-versed and differentiated in the latest real estate marketing tools and technologies but also having spent many years in marketing & project management roles within the investment banking arena.  Michele is a serial entrepreneur and has successfully opened and run a variety of her own companies, from inception, funding and build out to profitable exit.  She is well versed in new construction and infill, and she specializes in finding opportunities.  This, coupled with her years of real estate experience and extensive knowledge of market trends, has contributed to long-term trusted business relationships with local real estate stakeholders.  These relationships have proven to be a tremendous asset to her clients and result in seamless and worry-free transactions.

Michele graduated from Northeastern University, Boston with a BSc in Marketing & Management as well from Brunel University, London with an MBA in International Business.  She lives in Monmouth County with her husband and their two children. When not in the real estate trenches, she enjoys family time, sailing, gardening, reading at the beach, and watching British movies.
